IntelliBiz claims their course is kept at a low cost and affordable level because they are not-for-profit. Their course is called A Simple Man's Guide To Real Estate Investing (T/M). This program covers all real estate aspects including no money down methods similar to those that Carleton Sheets outlines, foreclosures, tax lien sales and certificates.

IntelliBiz has a nice and high rating from The Public Eye which is a consumer watch dog group, according to certain reports. There are other claims that IntelliBiz offered quick answers to their questions even though they did not purchase their course.

IntelliBiz appears to be a good source for real estate investing information. Their "no pressure" sales methods according to reports is also a breath of fresh air. We agree real estate investing is a money maker, but we also know that in general you do need to have some knowledge of the real estate market in your area, as well as general know how as far as properties go. Many people we know in the real estate business eat, breath and sleep the business. Then again, most business owners are no different if they want to be successful.
