One thing I have always learned to look out for is a "free 30 days" of anything. Armando offers 30 days free access to his help line when you buy the Flip and Grow Rich program. These free trials have a way of auto renewing at the regular monthly cost after the trial is up. Then you have to scramble to get a refund, and get it canceled. It's so easy to even forget by then that you had the thing, and it can bill and bill without you realizing.

OK, so all in all, Armando Montelongo seems like an honest enough guy that is taking good care of his family with a legitimate product for sale. Will it change your life over night? I don't think so, but in my opinion you have take every thing as a learning experience.

If you are on a determined course to learn all you can about real estate, then Flip and Grow Rich will be in your hands no matter what I write here. I have learned so much about internet marketing just from buying courses that for the most part were worthless. If I can pick up even just one tiny little nugget of new info out of something, then it was worth it to me. That is because I am passionate about internet marketing.
